General Information Whether you need emergency service or routine periodic maintenance,
the Toyo Professional Division of Mamiya America Corporation is eager to
give you personal and prompt service. Our award winning team of professionals
is dedicated to making service and repair a pleasant experience.
Before sending your equipment for repair we invite you to call our service
department for a remote diagnosis. This step will often save time and expense
of shipping and return.
Payment All repairs are shipped COD. For fastest service however, we suggest
using Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Return shipping Shipping, insurance and handling charges of $20 will be added to all
prices for U.P.S. ground shipment. Should you prefer faster delivery the
following charges apply: 3rd day air $35 2nd day air $40, Next day air $50.
Additional
charges
may apply for extra heavy shipments.
Unapproved estimates If estimates are not approved within 60 days, or the repair estimate
is rejected, the products will be returned U.P.S. ground, with a $20 C.O.D.
charge to cover shipping and handling.
Impact damage Equipment with impact damage require individual estimates and maybe
subject to re-estimate once the extent of damage has been determined by
disassembly and examination.

Repair warranty Repaired equipment is subject to a 90 day limited warranty, covering
only re-repair if necessary and not consequential damages. See general statement
regarding limited warranty.
